The L-carnitine in the product comes from two sources: L-carnitine L-tartrate and acetyl-L-carnitine. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an active compound, the acetic acid ester of L-carnitine.

The zinc and chromium in the product contribute to normal macronutrient metabolism. In addition, *zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of fatty acids and to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood, while **chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.

One daily amount (5 g):

Drink one serving (5 g = 1 scoop) of drink powder with 300 ml of water. Drink one serving 30 minutes before your workout, immediately after preparation. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
